Profile & Password Setup for Administrators

You are sent an email from [email protected] when added as an Executive Producer or Director on Boardroom One

👉 Click the link in that email to add a profile picture and set a password

Password Reset

1. Go to admin.boardroom.one in your browser
2. Tap “Forgot password”
3. On next screen, type in your email address and tap Send
4. Browser screen changes to ask you for a code (which should now be in your email)
5. Enter 6-digit code from email and new password

Organizer Experience

1. Command Center

Log into the administration web-only Command Center by visiting admin.boardroom.one

• Enter your email address and password
• Click Sign In

2. Manage Organization

Click the blue “...” (we call these "meatballs") to edit

• This top-level shows all the organizations for which you have administrative rights

• Replace the logo by clicking on the logo (400x400 pixels, 72 dpi) or click and drag an image into the square
• Provide a name for the organization (up to 50 characters)
• Add or remove Executive Producers
